Rebecca Moser

Rebecca is a licensed CPA with the MN Board of Accountancy. She received a Master’s degree in Tax from William Howard Taft University and her bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Thomas. Her clientele includes individuals, closely-held businesses, professional services and medical. Rebecca has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience with small and mid-size CPA firms. She has had many different roles from staff accountant to partner and currently owns her own practice. Rebecca is very active in professional, business and community organizations including several not for profit organizations. Rebecca has made an art of helping others and their businesses.

Brenda Herman
Payroll
Bookkeeper
Brenda joined the firm in 2015 as a bookkeeper. She is a graduate of the University of St Thomas. Brenda has a vast knowledge of bookkeeping after working many years in the private sector. She specializes in small business accounting and payroll services. Brenda is married and has two children. She enjoys traveling, spending time at the cabin and reading.

Jade has been an accountant with our firm since 2019. Jade earned her associates degree in accounting from Anoka Technical College. She has over 4 years of experience in accounting and payroll. While not at work Jade enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Matt Moser

IT
Matt joined our firm in 2015 as an accounting assistant but has been doing IT since 2012. Matt recently graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. While not at the office, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the cabin, and playing with his dog.

Office Manager
Rob is our office manager who joined our firm in 2015. With over 25 years of experience, Rob brings customer service and management to another level which ensures smooth and accurate operations of our office. Rob is married with two children who keep him busy. Rob is also volunteer fireman/EMT.
